حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مَنْصُورٌ، وَيُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ مِلْكٍ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Divorce only takes place after ownership."
