بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَيَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا وَمَعَهَا نِسَاءٌ فَوَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مِنْهُنَّ
Chapter: A man marries a woman, enters upon her, and there are other women with her, and he has intercourse with one of them

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَكَمَ، وَحَمَّادًا، يَقُولَانِ: «الْقَوْلُ قَوْلُهُمَا» . قَالَ هُشَيْمٌ: وَهُوَ الْقَوْلُ
Hazrat Shu’bah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “I heard both Hakam and Hammad say that the woman’s statement should be accepted.” Hushaym said: “This is the correct opinion.”
