حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: «بَابٌ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ جَسِيمٌ، إِذَا وَرِثَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ اعْتَدَّتْ»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "It is an important issue in the matter of divorce that when a woman receives inheritance, she must observe the waiting period ('iddah)."
