بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَفْجُرُ بِالْمَرْأَةِ ثُمَّ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا
Chapter: A man commits fornication with a woman, then marries her
Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 2069 — A man commits fornication with a woman
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَعَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَدَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «أَوَّلُهُ سِفَاحٌ، وَآخِرُهُ نِكَاحٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "The first act was fornication, and the second was marriage."
