Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 1562 — Bequest of the traveler and the pregnant
سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ، قَالَ: «مَا صَنَعَتِ الْحَامِلُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ»
Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whatever wealth a pregnant woman gives will be counted within one-third."
