سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ «أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُجِيزُ إِقْرَارَ الرَّجُلِ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ بِدَيْنٍ لِوَارِثٍ»
It is narrated from Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) that he would not accept the acknowledgment of debt at the time of death for any heir.
