Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 1495 — on Admission and Denial
سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «إِذَا ادَّعَى بَعْضُ الْوَرَثَةِ أَخًا أَوْ أُخْتًا فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ حَتَّى يُقِرُّوا جَمِيعًا»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If some heirs claim a brother or sister, then until all (the heirs) acknowledge (him/her), he/she will not be considered an heir."
