Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 1487 — Inheritance of the apostate
سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: «مِيرَاثُ الْمُرْتَدِّ لِوَرَثَتِهِ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The inheritance of the apostate is for his heirs."
