بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يُعْتِقُ فَيَمُوتُ وَيَتْرُكُ وَرَثَةً ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ الْمُعْتَقُ
Chapter on a man who frees a slave, then dies and leaves heirs, then the freed slave dies
Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 1440 — on a man who frees a slave, then dies
سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ
Ash-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) also said: "All the inheritance is for the son."
