Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 1398 — on a man who has no heir and may dispose
سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ مِثْلَهُ
Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Masruq (may Allah have mercy on him) in the same manner.
