اسْتِدْلَالًا بِمَا رُوِيَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَفَّ أَبَا حُذَيْفَةَ بْنَ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ قَتْلِ أَبِيهِ، وَأَبَا بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ قَتْلِ ابْنِهِ.
By way of evidence from the report that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) restrained Sayyiduna Abu Hudhayfah bin Utbah (may Allah be pleased with him) from killing his father, and Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) from killing his son.
