باب: : المدبر يجني فيباع في أرش جنايته، إلا أن يفديه سيده.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَرِيفٍ الْبَجَلِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " بَاعَ مُدَبَّرًا فِي دَيْنٍ ".
Ata narrates from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sold a mudabbar slave because of a debt.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أنبأ وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ السَّلُولِيِّ الْأَعْوَرِ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، قَالَ: " جِنَايَةُ الْمُدَبَّرِ عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ ".
Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal narrates from Abu Ubaydah (may Allah be pleased with them both): "The offence of a mudabbar is the liability of his master."
