أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ، هُوَ ابْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ، وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ ". رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Reviling a Muslim is a sin, and killing him is disbelief."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْجَارُودِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، قَالَ: شَهِدَ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَ أَبِي شَهَادَةً، فَرَدَّ شَهَادَتَهُ، فَأَتَاهُ بَعْدُ فَقَالَ: رَدَدْتَ شَهَادَتِي؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: وَلِمَ؟ قَالَ: لِأَنَّهُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّكَ تَتَنَاوَلُ أَوْ تَبْغَضُ أَصْحَابَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: مَا أَتَنَاوَلُ إِلَّا عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ، قَالَ: " نَعَمْ، أَمَا إِنِّي أَزِيدُكَ حَبْسًا حَتَّى تُحْدِثَ تَوْبَةً ".
Abdullah bin Sawwar al-Anbari (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A man came to my father, and he rejected his testimony. Then he came again and said: You rejected my testimony? He said: Yes. He said: Why? He said: I have learned that you bear enmity toward the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them). He said: Only toward Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him). He said: I will also keep you in prison until you repent.
