The father of Kabshah bint Abi Bakrah (may Allah have mercy on her), Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him), used to forbid his family from getting cupped on Tuesday, and he claimed, on the authority of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), that Tuesday is the day of blood and that in it there is an hour in which blood does not stop.
The prohibition in it is mawquf (a Companion's statement), not marfu', and its chain is not strong. Abu Jurayy Nasr bin Tarif narrated it as marfu' from Abu Hurayrah with two chains of his, but he is matruk (abandoned) and it is not worth mentioning.

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever gets cupped on Wednesday and Saturday and as a result is afflicted with vitiligo, let him blame no one but himself."
Sulayman bin Arqam is da'if (weak). It has also been narrated likewise as connected (mawsul) from Ibn Sam'an and Sulayman bin Yazid from al-Zuhri, and that is also weak; and it has been narrated from al-Hasan bin al-Salt from Ibn al-Musayyab from Abu Hurayrah as marfu', and that too is weak. What is preserved from al-Zuhri is from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with a broken chain (munqati'); and Allah knows best.
