أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أنبأ شُعَيْبٌ، قَالَ: قَالَ نَافِعٌ: سَأَلَ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا بَعْدَ النَّحْرِ بِيَوْمٍ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي بَدَا لِي أَنْ أُضَحِّيَ. فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا: مَنْ شَاءَ فَلْيُضَحِّ الْيَوْمَ ثُمَّ غَدًا إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ.
Nafi' says that Abu Salamah asked Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) one day after the day of sacrifice, saying: I wish to offer a sacrifice. So Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Whoever wishes to sacrifice today, and tomorrow as well, may do so.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا كَانَ يَقُولُ: الْأَضْحَى يَوْمَانِ بَعْدَ يَوْمِ الْأَضْحَى. قَالَ: وَثَنَا مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: الْأَضْحَى يَوْمَانِ بَعْدَ يَوْمِ الْأَضْحَى.
Nafi' narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that after the day of Eid al-Adha there are two further days for sacrifice. (b) Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that after the day of Eid al-Adha there are two further days of sacrifice.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أنبأ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ، أنبأ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: الذَّبْحُ بَعْدَ النَّحْرِ يَوْمَانِ.
Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): "After the day of Eid al-Adha there are two more days for sacrifice."
