أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، نا يَزِيدُ هُوَ ابْنُ هَارُونَ وَأَبُو النَّضْرِ قَالَ يَزِيدُ: أنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: " الْفَيْءُ الْجِمَاعُ ".
Miqsam narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the meaning of returning is intercourse.
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو صَادِقٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْفَوَارِسِ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ قَالَا: نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، نا أَسْبَاطٌ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: " الْفَيْءُ الْجِمَاعُ " ⦗٦٢٥⦘ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَهُ مَسْرُوقٌ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ وَالشَّعْبِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُمْ مِنَ الْمُفَسِّرِينَ، وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ: " الْفَيْءُ الْجِمَاعُ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ عُذْرٌ مِنْ مَرَضٍ أَوْ سَجْنٍ أَجْزَأَهُ أَنْ يُفِيءَ بِلِسَانِهِ ".
Amir narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the meaning of returning is that he has intercourse.
The Shaykh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The meaning of returning is intercourse; if he has an excuse, such as illness or imprisonment, then returning with his tongue suffices.
