It is reported from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Jews of Banu al-Nadir and Banu Qurayzah fought the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) exiled Banu al-Nadir and let Qurayzah remain and did them a favour, until Qurayzah fought after that; then their men were killed, their women were distributed, and their children and wealth were also distributed among the Muslims, except that some of them joined the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him); he (peace and blessings be upon him) granted them safety and they became Muslim. And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) exiled the Jews of Madinah: Banu Qaynuqa' (and they are the people of Abdullah bin Salam), the Jews of Banu Harithah, and all the Jews of Madinah; he exiled them all.
