Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade "selling fruit before it ripens, or wool on the backs of goats, or ghee in milk, or milk in the udders."
Only Umar bin Farrukh narrated it as marfu' (from the Prophet), and he is not strong; Waki' narrated it from him as mursal, and others narrated it as mawquf (a saying of Ibn Abbas).
