Yazid bin Khumayr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Abdullah bin Busr (may Allah be pleased with him) went out with the people on the day of Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha, and he disapproved of the imam's delay and said: "With the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) we would have finished by this time, and that was the time of the voluntary prayers."

Abu al-Huwayrith reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wrote to Sayyiduna Amr bin Hazm (may Allah be pleased with him) when he was in Najran: "Pray Eid al-Adha early, pray Eid al-Fitr late, and admonish the people."
This is mursal; I searched for it in all the narrations of his letter to Amr bin Hazm and did not find it, and Allah knows best.

Al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to go out to Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha when the sun had fully risen. This report is mursal, and the practice of the Muslims is also on this, or close to it with a little delay.

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he narrated the hadith, in which it says: "When you have prayed the Fajr prayer, refrain from prayer until the sun has risen high, for it rises between the two horns of Satan. Then prayer is witnessed and attended (by the angels) and accepted, until midday."
