Bayhaqi 971 — One in a state of janabah who wants to sleep performs

When Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) intended to eat or sleep while in a state of janabah, he would wash his face and his hands up to the elbows and wipe his head, then eat or sleep.
