Bayhaqi 8469 — Those who permitted one performing tamattu' to fast

Urwah narrates from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said concerning the one performing Hajj al-Tamattu': when he does not find a sacrificial animal and has not fasted before Arafah, then he should fast during the days of Mina.
