Bayhaqi 8162 — The concession to fast while travelling

Humayd al-Tawil (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about fasting on a journey, and he said: We travelled with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in Ramadan, and none of us who was fasting found fault with one who was not fasting, nor did one who was not fasting find fault with one who was fasting.
