باب: من حمل هذه الأخبار على أنها تعطيه من الطعام الذي أعطاها زوجها وجعله بحكمها دون سائر أمواله استدلالا بأصل تحريم مال الغير إلا بإذنه

وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَرْصِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الصِّبْغِيُّ، ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ثنا أَبُو غَسَّانَ مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ النَّهْدِيُّ، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أُمِّ حُمَيْدِ بِنْتِ الْعَيْزَارِ، عَنْ أُمِّهَا أُمِّ عَفَارٍ، عَنْ ⦗٣٢٥⦘ ثُمَامَةَ بِنْتِ شَوَّالٍ، قَالَتْ: سَأَلْتُ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَائِشَةَ وَحَفْصَةَ وَأُمَّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُنَّ، مَا يَحِلُّ لِلْمَرْأَةِ مِنْ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا؟ فَرَفَعَتْ كُلُّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُنَّ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ عُودًا، ثُمَّ قَالَتْ: " لَا، وَلَا مَا يَزِنُ هَذَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ ".
Thumamah bint Shawwal (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I asked the Mother of the Believers Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her) and Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her): What is permissible for a woman from her husband's house? Each of them picked up a stick and said: No, not even the weight of this, except with his permission.
