Bayhaqi 7691 — A disbeliever among one's dependants, for whom zakat

Yahya bin Bukayr (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated the hadith with the same chain, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Sadaqat al-fitr is obligatory upon every free and slave Muslim, whether male or female: a sa' of dates or a sa' of barley."
