وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ فِي الْخُضَرِ وَالْبُقُولِ صَدَقَةٌ ". تَابَعَهُ الْأَجْلَحُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ مَرْفُوعًا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا فِيمَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ السُّنَّةَ جَرَتْ بِهِ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا نَبَتَتِ الْأَرْضُ مِنَ الْخُضَرِ زَكَاةٌ.
Asim bin Damrah relates from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that there is no zakah on green produce and vegetables.
It is reported from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Sunnah has been established on this: there is no zakah on the vegetables and the like that the earth grows.
