باب: الصدقة فيما يزرعه الآدميون وييبس ويدخر ويقتات دون ما تنبته الأرض من الخضر.

Bayhaqi 7481 — Zakah is due on what people cultivate and which dries
اُردوEn
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: " لَمْ يَجْعَلْ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الصَّدَقَةَ إِلَّا فِي عَشَرَةٍ فَذَكَرَهُنَّ وَذَكَرَ فِيهِنَّ السُّلْتَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الذُّرَةَ ".
Amr relates from al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) "prescribed zakah only on ten things." Then he mentioned them, and among them he mentioned sult (a kind of barley) and did not mention sorghum (dhurah).
