قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ: وَحَدَّثَنَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيِّ الْمَدَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَزْرَةَ الْقَاصِّ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ سَارِيَةَ الْخَلْجِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " أَخْرِجُوا صَدَقَاتِكُمْ فَإِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَرَاحَكُمْ مِنَ الْجَبْهَةِ وَالسَّجَّةِ وَالْبَجَّةِ " وَفَسَّرَهَا أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ آلِهَةً يَعْبُدُونَهَا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ: وَهَذَا خِلَافُ مَا فِي الْحَدِيثِ الْأَوَّلِ وَالتَّفْسِيرُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ أَيُّهُمَا الْمَحْفُوظُ. ⦗٢٠٠⦘ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: أَسَانِيدُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ ضَعِيفَةٌ وَفِي الْأَحَادِيثِ الصَّحِيحَةِ قَبْلَهُ كِفَايَةٌ وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ.
Sayyiduna Sariyah al-Khalaji (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Bring out your zakah, for Allah has relieved you of al-jabhah, al-sajjah and al-bajjah." Some explained that these were idols which they used to worship in the Jahiliyyah.
Abu Ubayd said: This contradicts the first hadith and the explanation in it, and Allah knows best which of the two is preserved.
The chains of this hadith are weak, and the authentic hadiths before it are sufficient.
