أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحَرَضِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ دَعْلَجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ دَعْلَجٍ السِّجْزِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ الصَّائِغُ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " عَفَوْتُ لَكُمْ عَنْ صَدَقَةِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ فَهَلُمُّوا صَدَقَةَ الرِّقَةِ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمٌ وَلَيْسَ فِي تِسْعِينَ وَمِائَةٍ شَيْءٌ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ مِائَتَيْنِ فَفِيهَا خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ ". وَرَوَاهُ الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ كَمَا رَوَاهُ أَبُو عَوَانَةَ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ كَذَلِكَ مُخْتَصَرًا.
Asim bin Damrah (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have exempted you from the zakah of slaves and horses. Pay one dirham as zakah out of every forty dirhams. There is no zakah on one hundred and ninety, and when they reach two hundred dirhams, the zakah is five dirhams."
