باب: لا يعتد عليهم بما استفادوه من غير نتاجها حتى يحول عليه الحول

وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْبُسْرِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ: " لَا زَكَاةَ فِي مَالٍ حَتَّى يَحُولَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَوْلُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِ ".
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: There is no zakah on wealth until a year has passed over it while with its owner.
