وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، ثنا سَعِيدٌ، ثنا قَتَادَةُ، أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ أَنْبَأَهُمْ: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَالزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ فِي الْقُمُصِ الْحَرِيرِ فِي السَّفَرِ مِنْ حِكَّةٍ كَانَتْ بِهِمَا، أَوْ وَجَعٍ كَانَ بِهِمَا ". رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ أَبِي كُرَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ، وَأَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، وَأَخْرَجَاهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ هَمَّامِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَفِيهِ: " فَرَخَّصَ لَهُمَا فِي قَمِيصِ الْحَرِيرِ فِي غَزَاةٍ لَهُمَا ". فَيُشْبِهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ الرُّخْصَةُ فِي لُبِسِهِ لِلْحَرْبِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ ظَاهِرُهُ أَنَّهَا لِلْحِكَّةِ، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ.
(a) Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted Abd al-Rahman bin Awf and al-Zubayr bin al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with them both) to wear silk shirts while travelling because of itching, or because of some other ailment.
(b) Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave permission to wear silk shirts during a campaign.
