باب: : لا يقصر الذي يريد السفر حتى يخرج من بيوت القرية، ثم يقصر حتى يدخل أدنى بيوتها
Chapter: One intending to travel does not shorten until he leaves the houses of the town, then shortens until he enters its nearest houses
Bayhaqi 5445 — One intending to travel does not shorten
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: " صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الظُّهْرَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ أَرْبَعًا، وَالْعَصْرَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ". رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي نُعَيْمٍ، وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْهُمَا، وَأَخْرَجَا حَدِيثَ أَيُّوبَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ.
Ibrahim bin Maysarah narrates from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): I prayed four rak'ahs of Zuhr with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and two rak'ahs of Asr at Dhul-Hulayfah.
