Bayhaqi 5366 — It is preferred for a husband not to prevent his wife

Salim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father (Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the wife of any of you asks permission to go to the mosque, he should not prevent her."
