أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا أَبُو عُتْبَةَ، ثنا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، عَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُصَلِّي عَلَى الصَّفِّ الْأَوَّلِ ثَلَاثًا، وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَلِيهِ وَاحِدَةً ". وَرَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ دُونَ ذِكْرِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Irbad bin Sariyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to invoke blessings upon the first row three times, and upon the one next to it (the second row) once.
