أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ، أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ نَصْرٍ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا: ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثنا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لِيَلِيَنِي مِنْكُمْ أُولُو الْأَحْلَامِ وَالنُّهَى، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ، ثَلَاثًا، وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَهَيْشَاتِ الْأَسْوَاقِ ". لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى.
(a) Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Let those of sound understanding stand close to me, then those who are like them," saying it three times, and he said: "Beware of making noise in the markets."
(b) In the narration of Muhammad, which he narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Let those of understanding stand close to me, then those who are like them, then those who are like them; and do not differ, or your hearts will come to differ. Beware of raising noise in the markets."
