وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ شَوْذَبٍ بِوَاسِطَ، ثنا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ قَالَ: " جَاءَنَا أَنَسٌ وَقَدْ صَلَّيْنَا، فَأَذَّنَ وَأَقَامَ وَصَلَّى بِأَصْحَابِهِ ". وَعَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَرِهَهُ. قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: كَرَاهِيَةُ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ مَحْمُولَةٌ عَلَى مَوْضِعٍ يَكُونُ الْجَمَاعَةُ فِيهِ بَعْدَ أَنْ صُلِّيَ تَفَرُّقُ الْكَلِمَةِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ.
Abu Uthman (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) came to us when we had already prayed, and he gave the adhan and the iqamah and led his companions in prayer.
And it is narrated from Yunus from al-Hasan that he disliked this. Al-Bayhaqi said: Al-Hasan al-Basri's dislike is understood to refer to a place where holding a congregation after the prayer has already been prayed would cause division among the people. And Allah knows best.
