Bayhaqi 4859 — One who said the qunut in the witr is after bowing

Sayyiduna Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed me regarding my witr: "When I raise my head and nothing remains but the prostration, I should recite this supplication:
'Allahumma ihdini fiman hadayt, wa 'afini fiman 'afayt, wa tawallani fiman tawallayt, wa barik li fima a'tayt, wa qini sharra ma qadayt, innaka taqdi wa la yuqda 'alayk, innahu la yadhillu man walayt, wa la ya'izzu man 'adayt, tabarakta rabbana wa ta'alayt'
(O Allah, include me among those You have guided, grant me well-being among those You have granted well-being, include me among those whose guardian You are, bless me in what You have given me, and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed. You decree, and no decree is passed against You. The one whose guardian You are is never humiliated, and the one You take as an enemy is never honoured. O our Lord, You are Blessed and Exalted.)"
Only Abu Bakr bin Shaybah al-Hizami narrated it with this wording.
