Bayhaqi 4831 — One who said one should make witr the last

Al-Aswad (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that when he (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed at night, his (peace and blessings be upon him) last prayer would be the witr.
