Bayhaqi 4757 — One who slackens in the night prayer should pray

Sa'id bin Jubayr narrates from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) concerning the saying of Allah Almighty, "Indeed, the rising by night" [Surah al-Muzzammil: 6], that it means standing in prayer at night, and that nashi'ah is an Abyssinian word: when a man stands up, they say: nasha'a (he rose).
