Bayhaqi 450 — Removing one's ring on entering the toilet

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) made a silver ring, then threw it away. The Shaykh said that the narration of Ibn Jurayj is better known than the hadith of Hammam.
Abu Dawud said: This hadith is munkar (denounced); it is only known through Ibn Jurayj, from Ziyad bin Sa'd, from al-Zuhri, from Anas.
