Bayhaqi 4465 — The emphasis on the witr prayer

Abdullah bin Abi al-Safar (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from al-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) that witr is voluntary, and it is the finest of the voluntary prayers.
