أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ، ثنا حَنْبَلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ، ثنا وُهَيْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُحَادَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ خَبَّابِ بْنِ الْأَرَتِّ قَالَ: " شَكَوْنَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شِدَّةَ الْحَرِّ فِي جِبَاهِنَا وَأَكُفِّنَا فَلَمْ يُشْكِنَا ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Khabbab bin al-Aratt (may Allah be pleased with him) that we complained to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about our foreheads and palms burning in the intensity of the heat, but he did not accept our complaint.
