Bayhaqi 2579 — Catching the imam in bowing
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيِّ بْنُ شَاذَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أنبأ إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، وَهُبَيْرَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: " مَنْ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ الرَّكْعَةَ فَلَا يَعْتَدَّ بِالسُّجُودِ ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that whoever has not caught the bowing should not count the prostration.
