وَرَوَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى مَرْفُوعًا، وَزَادَ فِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، مِنْ قَوْلِهِ مَا يُخَالِفُ الْحَدِيثَ الْمَرْفُوعَ فِي الْقِيَاسِ، وَيُخَالِفُ مَا رَوَاهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ فِي النَّصِّ..
Ali bin al-Mubarak narrated it from Yahya as a marfu' report (from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him), and added to it, from Ibn Abbas, words of his own which contradict the marfu' hadith in analogy (qiyas) and contradict, in wording, what Hammad bin Salamah narrated.
