أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " مَا أَدْرَكْتُ النَّاسَ إِلَّا وَهُمْ إِذَا أَعْطَوا فِي كَفَّارَةِ الْيَمِينِ أَعْطَوا مُدًّا مِنَ الْحِنْطَةِ بِالْمُدِّ الْأَصْغَرِ، وَرَأَوْا أَنَّ ذَلِكَ مُجْزِئٌ عَنْهُمْ ".
Sulayman bin Yasar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I found the people giving the smaller mudd of wheat in the expiation for an oath, and they held that this suffices.
