Bayhaqi 19914 — Making an exception (saying in sha Allah) in an oath

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) conveyed from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath and says 'In sha' Allah' (if Allah wills) has made an exception."
