Bayhaqi 19838 — One who swears by other than Allah and then breaks

Kharijah bin Zayd bin Thabit narrates from his father, Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about a man who says in his oath that he is a Jew, or a Christian, or free of Islam, and then breaks the oath. (He said:) "He owes the expiation of an oath."
This has no basis from the hadith of al-Zuhri or anyone else. Only Sulayman bin Abi Dawud al-Harrani narrated it, and he is munkar al-hadith (his narrations are denounced); the imams declared him weak and abandoned him.
