Bayhaqi 19587 — Permissibility of ruqyah with the Book of Allah

Sayyidah Asma bint Umays (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I said: "O Messenger of Allah! The sons of Ja'far are struck by the evil eye; shall I have ruqyah done for them?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) answered in the affirmative: "If anything could outstrip destiny, it would be the evil eye."
