Bayhaqi 19572 — Remedies of the Prophet ﷺ other than those

Mulaykah bint Amr al-Ju'fiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) says that cow's ghee is good for an inflamed throat or for sores, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In cow's milk there is a cure and its ghee is a medicine, while its meat is a disease."
