Bayhaqi 19528 — Brief reports on the virtue of cupping

Ayyub bin Hasan narrates from his grandmother Salma (may Allah be pleased with her) that if anyone complained of a headache, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would instruct him to "get cupped", and if anyone complained of pain in his feet, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would instruct him to "apply henna".
Ayyub bin Hasan is a descendant of Ali bin Abi Rafi', and the narrators have differed over this (chain) on the authority of Ibn Abi al-Mawali.
