Bayhaqi 19499 — The slaughter of what is in the womb of a slaughtered
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ، ثنا آدَمُ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: الْجَنِينُ ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ.
Mughirah narrates from Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) that the slaughter of the fetus's mother is the slaughter of the fetus.
